No. Any person who needs posters, to do specific tasks, can join as a "Owner.

What are Campaigns?
Campaigns can be to; post on Blogs and Forums, submit articles, promote/boost articles, write reviews, get paid to fill out surveys, sign-up, click, surf, link, etc... Campaigns can be just about anything as long as they are not illegal.

How much can I earn with this system?
The only limit is yourself and the amount of available campaigns. The more you post the more you earn. You will earn a minimum of 0.05 cents for each post you make.

What is the minimum payout?
The minimum payout is currently $5.00

What are the payment methods?

What if I don't get the quality what I want?
You can reject any claims with a specific reason. But, if you reject a claim without just cause, your account could be put on hold or terminated.
